Misdemeanors Starting as low as $500, Excluding Costs
For as low as $500, I can handle your misdemeanor cases, including:
- DUI and traffic violations
- Resisting arrest
- Battery
- Petty theft
- Domestic violence
- Disorderly conduct
- Disorderly intoxication
My goal in misdemeanor representation is to get you into a diversion program if you are eligible. This can reduce your sentence to 4-6 months of community service, at which point the state will drop all charges, leaving the arrest as the only mark on your record, a mark that we can later fight to have expunged.
If you are not eligible for a diversion program, I will fight for you in court to have your sentence be just a fine and not jail time or probation.
Felonies Starting as Low as $750, Excluding Costs
I handle felonies from third degree assault to felonies punishable by life imprisonment:
- First, I look into the possibility of a diversion program to keep you out of jail. For felony diversion programs, the state drops the charges after one year, after which time we can fight to have your record expunged.
- If there is no diversion plan available, I will fight to get you the minimal amount of probation and a withhold of adjudication, so that you do not have the status of convicted felon.
- If the prosecutor has a poor case against you, I will file for a motion to suppress, so that your case might be dismissed.
- When all else fails, I can fight aggressively for your defense throughout the trial and appeal, helping you through the entire process.
